1. First you must register and login into eWinnipeg.com.
2. Once you are logged into eWinnipeg.com, there are two ways to submit a listing:
• By clicking the "Submit New Listing" link in the main menu.
• By navigating to the category you would like to submit your listing to and then click the "Add new listing" button on the top right of the page.

1. Login into your account. 
2. Go to the listing you would like to review. 
3. Go to the bottom of the page and click the "Add new review" button.
