Our bridal party was told a different price by phone than what we were expected to pay. Nails were done rapidly and not so carefully (e.g. not symetrical, calices weren't removed). Owner was unflexible when we explained price we expected. One of our ladies brought her daughter and the owner insisted she get her nails done, although the mother was not prepared financially for this. He said he would give her a special for a manicure. He gave the girl a pedicure as well and tried to charge the mother 90$ for both. The mother complained that she did not want a pedicure, and was charged full price for the manicure. He charged the bride for fixing a gel nail they had improperly applied. The nail broke as soon as she left the salon. No prices are easily located for services.
