Need help for some basic knowledge on contract law

I am wondering if a non-english-written business transfer contract still has the legal binding force when it's made and signed by both sides without any lawyers on the scene. Anyone who knows that plz makes a quick reply and if you know any good lawyers for consultation, please leave a contact number or email, i will really appreciate. Thanks!!!
